The person who was supposed to do my hair had left for the day so someone else started to wash, but then another girl arrived for a blow dry and they decided to do hers first so I sat with wet hair for 50 minutes. They said it was to let the product absorb but they hadn’t applied anything (I have had this treatment numerous times). The treatment is not good, I had it done before going to a humid country and I feel it made little difference this time and was a waste of money
