The salon rang me and changed my appointment day and when I arrived I was not acknowledged and then taken over an hour and a half late. Staff had an argument regarding a broken light and although staff apologized they blamed the delay in double booking themselves. I understand that people run late and challenges happen but this should have been communicated in a timely manner.
My hair is beautiful but when in the chair I was told I needed to pay for add-ons such as toner and blow dry.

It was my first time in this salon. The staff were very friendly and my stylist gave me some great advise for my new look. Super close to work so I was able to make my appointment during my lunch hour. Very pleased with the end result and will definitely book again

The acrylics aren’t as done as well as I hoped and the paints already started chipping and I’ve only had them a day but the haircut and staff were great.
