Paid £90 for my foil highlights then they wanted an extra £25 for a blow dry 😮 the hairdresser did a great job on my hair but was no communication between us whilst having hair done,it’s a family run business and they were discussing things in their own language and not English

Unusual experience. First a no show. Managed to get us in with other staff but none speak English. Hard to communicate what we wanted. Pedicures were fine but my manicure shape was not what I asked for. Also a few of my nails now look crooked and don’t match. It looks like an at home quick manicure rather than a professional one. Don’t think they are qualified to do the work. Staff kept answering the phone whilst doing my nails. The equipment wasn’t sanitised. Just overall unclean and chaotic

Lovely salon, really great fringe trim - looked perfect but didn't take long to do, got some advice on cutting it back on after growing it out for a while. Wouldn't hesitate to return for a proper hair cut or treatment.
