I booked online for Tuesday to be told on arrival that Lucy was off sick so I rebooked for Thursday but they charged me a different price to what I had booked on Tuesday I think it was cheeky as my original appointment wasn’t fulfilled and with the same lady

Everything was fine except my mum was told she was fine to put shoes on after the pedicure but smudged by the time we got home. Other than this all was good, lovely staff!
