Staff were polite, warm and welcoming as soon as I entered the door. The venue is whilst small well organised, informative and friendly. My therapist was extremely kind and well experienced, she constantly kept asking me if I and the treatment was good. Would highly recommend and will be going back.
la femme honoured the price i’d seen on groupon even though I wasn’t a new customer which was great news. Had a shellac pedicure and while the therapist was pleasant she flooded the cuticle on my big toe and now it’s lifting, I’m going on holiday in 4 days and I just hope they last until I get back on the 7th June! I didn’t say anything at the time as I didn't notice until I got home and now I don’t really have time to go back for it doing again. She’s not done a great job and filed my toe nails really quite short. Her general attitude wasn’t great either, it was as if she couldn’t be bothered. I don’t think I’ll be having it done here again
Visited last week for a back wax, been a number of times but this was probably the best one I have had
