Very warm and friendly. Completely trusted my hairdresser and I was right. Many of my friends loved it. Shampoo felt like a massage, cut was quick and on point. Even the glass of water had some mint leaves. Attention to details in this chaotic world makes all the difference. I highly recommend La Coupe
