My sister had purchased a groupon voucher for my birthday so I decided to visit La Chic with my mum and sister. We got there an hour late but on our arrival, the staff still welcomed us warmly with an offer of a drink.
I first had a pedicure from Julie who was so friendly while my sister and mum waited. Then my mum went for a full body hot stone massage from the owner, Raheela who was very experienced and did not rush despite the late hour. My mum thoroughly enjoyed her massage and said she would definetely come back for seconds before she flew back. After my pedicure, I also had a hot stone back massage, my first ever massage which I loved.
All in all, I would definitely recommend La Chic especially for their friendly and proffessional staff.
Well worth the 1hour trip to get there!!

Wrote a review and it failed - damn you Treatwell!
So here we go again - When I got to the shop, I was greeted and offered a drink (this offer was presented at other times too which was very nice of them!) The manager was lovely and even gave me leaflets for friends and a generous discount for their visits. Baljit did my nails - she was wonderful and keeping me entertained with conversation and she did a great job with my nails. The staff were wonderful and made me feel comfortable and welcome - Thank you! Would definitely recommend to friends!

Don't waste your money here. When I went for my waxing appointment they had no details in the diary. I had to wait 40 mins. The therapist did an ok job but had a couldn't care less attitude which I found surprising as this is a new business. I also had semi-permanent lashes put on. These are the ones that last for 2 - 3 weeks and can then be infilled. They looked nice when first done but came off after only 3 days. What a waste of £50!
Was exactly what I needed after the stress from uni.The staff were amazing and would recommend the spa to anyone. I have a very stressful and busy lifestyle and after my session I felt relaxed and relieved from my aches and pains. Facial and body scrub left my skin feeling like a new born baby's .Overall the service ,staff and cleanliness was 100% perfect.
I went to La Chic to have the all-encompassing De-Stress Package, that is absolutely chock-a-block with relaxing ayurvedic treatments. It started with a sauna session, followed by a full body scrub and mini facial, including face lift massage. The treatment concluded with an ayurvedic full body massage. My therapist Raheela was fantastic and clearly demonstrated her years of experience with an incredibly thorough treatment that used a variety of techniques and skills.
The salon is roomy, warm and welcoming, with a modern and elegant finish. A great escape on the high street.
