I booked for an eyebrow wax the day before the appt. Despite the short notice, the appt was confirmed however when i got there, the salon was closed! I waited for 15 mins but no one came

all and all very good had my stone massage raheela did it was awsome today i come for facial coffee berry julie didi m facial very good and raheela did my massage beautiful i'm so relaxed i like the treatment rooms nice ambiance gr8 service i certainly recommend to every one ..fouzia
I went for the pamper package with a friend and due to confusion in the booking system, the staff agreed to book us in in the evening - an appointment for 7pm when they usually close! This was great customer service as they really went out of their way to provide us with what we wanted. We were expecting a 90min session but ended up 3 hours! Was a proper pamper session and a great chatty atmosphere. We didn't actually have an indian head massage, however there were parts of the facial that included some facial massage and whilst having the pedicure, the chair had a back and neck massager - that definitely made up for it! Would definitely recommend the salon, great value for money and an enjoyable experience.

I have medium size length hair and the so-called hair dresser spent under 50 mins for a wash, cut n blow dry.......
I knew as soon as I walked in that this was not going to be a great experience, but needed desperately to cut my hair.
I would NEVER recommend this place for a hair cut! My hairdresser went out to have a fag break wearing transparent gloves , then came in and cut my hair with the same gloves on!
I was soo angry that this place even exists that I could not be bothered to argue for a refund.
This place has poor customer service which as a result, the whole ambience of the place is really bad.
