Have been going to La Chic for a while now after first having a massage from a voucher on Living Social. Always very pleased with the waxing and threading. The therapist is always ver professional and thorough. Will continue to go there.
I have just returned from having yet another and most amazing deep tissue back massage with Raheela,
the owner of La Chic.
Raheela gives the best massages ever!!! She knows exactly what she is doing, where to work harder and what is needed to fully alleviate stress, tension and tightness, in the neck, shoulder, upper and lower back region.
Raheela always does over and above of what is expected and this evening she persevered with my back that was full of knots and tightness and she didn't give up until she was satisfied.
My back now feels renewed and soft again. I feel like a new person, thanks to Raheela's healing hands.
Her back massages are very much rated by my husband too who is a builder and who always has an aching back.
I highly recommend that you try one Raheela's wonderful massages. They are beyond FABULOUS!!!!! :)
La Chic is a great salon, it has everything you need for your beauty treats!
Used groupon voucher for stone massage and facial here.
Was really nice, however normal prices are fairly high.

I got the Back, Neck & Shoulder massage from La Chic. I had an accident not too long ago and was told by my doctor to get a massage. A friend recommended La Chic to me and told me that they give great treatments in a calming environment. I went with my wife who got a luxury pedicure.
We were offered tea and biscuits whilst waiting for our appointments and the treatment was excellent and much needed. The therapists were very polite and helpful; she also recommended the best course of further treatment to help my condition.
My wife was very satisfied with her treatment. She was surprised that the luxury pedicure was only £20 as the salons she normally goes to charge way more for a pedicure that isn't as good as the one at La Chic.
Overall, great experience and I will be back and will recommend to friends/family.

So my appointment was for 12pm. Turned up - they clearly had no idea of my arrival and was asked to wait (1 other customer there).....12.45 comes without being told how long it would take to be seen finally my existence was acknowledged
Invited to the spa/massage chair - warm - cold water, not a offered a drink
For a further 20minuted and no massage capabilities for the chair.
Not the most comfortable foot experience of my life - too rough on soft skin and had to do some acrobatic positions for her to reach the 'right part'
Moving on - pedicure was painful - cuticles weren't softened in water beforehand and they actually bled as cut away. Great. Of course not asked wether i wanted square or round I got what I was given.
There was absolutely no atmosphere in the place - no music. It was that awkward I need to preten to check my phone for messages even though I know I dot have messages kind of place.
Moving on - so nails a filed down to the the nail bed - then the gel pain is put on. GIRLS remember when we were 5 and couldn't colour inside the lines??? Well that's what my nails currently look like. This is easily the worst nail job I have ever received. (Thumb chipped after 24hours)
Choice of colours are between blue black and red, and I was there for over 3 hours.
To be completely honest, it was a waste of my day, crap customer service and you receive the sale item of primark in terms of quality.
I will never be back. And I will tell everyone I know never to go there - I'd rather have unpolished / unfiled / cracked nails then go here again.
