I initially had an issue which they resolved immediately. They were kind enough to even throw in a free facial as I was not fully satisfied with the treatment I received prior. The management (husband and wife) did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. So for that I am extremely grateful, knowing that they care and are concerned with my experience at their establishment makes a big difference, they are not just out for money.

The therapist was slightly late, the salon is nice but slightly tired. I was happy with my facial and will be returning for another 2 sessions. The therapist gave me aftercare advice and answered my questions.

Gel nails were thick and lumpy as the coats were way too thick. I removed it later that day.
