I arrived on time for my booking, and there was another client she was treating who changed the length of her treatment to make it longer. Due to this, my whole treatment was rushed. She said she could do it in 25 minutes, even though the booking stated 25 mins PER treatment. After the treatment I was feeling sore, and looked down to see that a deep cut due to the waxing. I get waxed often and never experienced anything like this. It burns and it’s so tender and sore, and now I have to deal with this pain whilst on holiday.
