Lashes didn’t look lifted and barely dyed, glue and dye left around eye. Therapist did not prep equipment in advance. Half way through treatment asked if I had patch test (I had), but not ideal if the client had not.

Ava us accommodating and flexible when making appointments. It does take exactly 45 mins which is excellent. She made sure we was warm and cosy during the treatment.
