I found the overall experience with Ava to be poor. She arrived to the appointment at the same time as me. When we walked in together I thought she was a customer. There’s was no intro. She directed me to sit at the nail station. Didn’t ask my name or what treatment I was having which I found odd. She wasn’t dressed professionally & didn’t look presentable within herself. The appointment online said 45 minutes for £28. I was done within 20 minutes. I found myself having to file & clean my nails
