Booked and prepaid £54.60 through Treatwell for BIAB removal, redo & manicure at 12:15. Treatment didn’t start until 12:35 and I had to awkwardly soak my nails in a pedicure chair while waiting for a nail station. I was immediately upsold £15 for a colour, yet later had to remind them I’d actually paid for a manicure! Two fingers were also cut with the e-file. I didn’t leave until 1:55. I book through Treatwell for upfront pricing and service, so this was very disappointing.
