The woman clearly had no idea what she was doing. I asked for a French manicure and she insisted I go pick up the colours despite me saying I wasn’t sure which colour the base coat should be. This didn’t matter because she then just didn’t do the usual base coat of nude colour. The French was messy and sloppy and I was extremely disappointed.

My manicure was completely rushed and done shoddily. The paint has wrickles in it. The woman even expressed she needed to be quick because there was someone waiting to get a wax even though I had booked in advance.
