I booked for 3.45 along with a friend, who also booked at 3.45. We had a tight schedule. When we arrived, they were still with other clients. So we waited....and then 15 minutes later, another client came in, who had an appt at 4, and they took her first. Then they took my friend, so she was side by side with 4:00 client, not cool. We wanted to do this together. She did offer me an upgrade to a nicer polish, which was nice, but it started chipping the next morning, unfortunately.
