First & last time! Lady rushed through Shellac removal. I had to point that she left some red on sides. Acetone was not left on long enough so she scrubbed the Shellac off. She also left some of the base on, so I ordered acetone on Amazon to take it off myself. Also found some of the remainders of red Shellac on the sides. Cuticles cut with blunt tools so pealing now and look untidy. Also, used the same file and buffing block as was used on previous clients.
