Extremely disappointed and really not happy. I was going to not say anything about this booking but as I went back last weekend for a pedicure I was equally not happy. The original booking- I got extensions with builder gel and I left with wonky, uneven nails that my friends even commented about them. Rushed and quite rude the reception staff but the nail staff were very nice and polite. Also very rushed pedicure for 55£!

The lady who did my wax was so lovely and did such a brilliant job putting me at ease and reassuring me on my first time. She was clearly a very experienced beautician and the wax was as painless as possible.

Didn’t last, chose a chrome colour from their standard gel offering and then chipped after 3 days. Went back in and they filed down and put another coat on but shouldn’t offer product that doesn’t last
