I went there once two weeks ago because I was going on holiday and my usual place disn’t have availability.
Considering they are not inexpensive comparing to the other places in the area, I found the atmosphere and the service underwhelming.To start with, my chosen colour was white but it became completely yellow in two weeks and look gross.
How the therapist applying the nailpolish was very unattentive and not applying to the edges at all despite I politely asked her to.
Not a good experience.

All v nice… the manicure included a nice short massage and was very carefully executed. Lovely result and the lady was quick.

I’ve had many manicures at this salon however on this occasion I had a new technician who was so rough with my cuticles and made me bleed on four different nails. As it happened I raised this with the technician and she dismissed it saying ‘oh it will be fine’. There is clearly more training required and I was very disappointed in the level of service. It also took over 40 minutes for a simple gel manicure.
