Usually love this place but it’s gone down hill lately. Nobody greeted me when I arrived so I just stood there, they had overbooked so there was no space for me even though I’ve had this appointment a while, we started 15 mins late. Then the nail technician cut me on two fingers cutting my cuticles - to the point where my fingers were bleeding and it actually really hurt. I know it was an accident but I think if this happens I should have been offered a refund?
