Was very slow. Shellac manicure is normally 35 min it took an hour. I wanted them shorter and kept asking but each time she would just do a little and said it was short enough. I normally have good experiences here but not this time.

The appointment was running a little late but when it actually got started was quite quick. The waxing was done well with focus to limit pain. The only suggestion I would have is to perhaps have some music in the treatment room as it was silent
