I booked an appointment for 10am and she started my service at 11am because another person booked in for 10am . I mentioned to her that I was running late to my next appointment but she didn’t really seem to have a sense of urgency due to this. I mentioned to her my sister recommended me to her and she thought I was my sister committing identify fraud for my appointment I’m 27 and my sister is 23 I don’t have any reason to lie about who I am and if you were worried, please ask ID next time.
