Absolutely shocking service and worst lash lift, nothing is lifted. Another client arrived at the same time as me and she was trying to do both our treatments at the same time. She kept putting stuff on my lashes and leaving then coming back. It was a waste of my money and time. I would like the salon owner to refund me because that was not lash lifting.

Massage was lovely however when I booked it said 50 minutes. It lasted 30 minutes so I was abit disappointed about that.

Paid for deluxe pedicure (£65), that lists as including gel polish. However this wasn’t carried out. No polish what so ever however rest of the service was great.

The shop was closed with open sign and no information was provided. I got to 30 mins still no one turned up.
