Stephanie really lovely and good beautician but salon cramped, dull and not very pleasant to wait in.
Owners body language so laid back and felt more like an inconvenience wouldn't go back and have cancelled my next appointment

Crampted salon horrible atmoshere. Staff trying to do too much at one time. Treatment of nails was good
They didn't have the correct tan that I booked in the machine, so had to accept another type of tan. I felt rushed and the person doing the spray tan was doing other treatments at the same time as my spray tan. Can they not dedicate 15 mins to a client? I was then charged an extra £5 as the tan I received was more expensive than the one I booked but was told this after getting it done. Not happy at all. Not the way you conduct business. The place looked like it could do with a good hoover and clean. It's a shame as the tan actually came out lovely but I will not be back here. Not a welcoming environment, was made to feel like an inconvenience, didn't receive treatment that I specifically booked and then was charged extra.
