The lady I booked with was busy doing someone else's treatment so waited a while then a different lady took me in for a wax. The salon was busy when I got there so I felt like she rushed through the wax treatment just to get back into the salon to deal with her other clients. There were still hair after she finished which am dissatisfied about. She also didn't wax the back which she should of, afterall it's supposed to be a Hollywood wax and she merely just did the front.

Was quoted £9 online but was then charged £12??
I didn't mind paying the extra but some clients would possibly not be happy with the difference in price.
