Both of the ladies there are very kind and welcoming. A lady called Debra did my hair it was quick neat and officent.

Thank you soooooo much for doing my hair! I love it its amazing so happy with the results honestly couldn't have been any greater! Very gentle with my scalp and no tension and I have one of the most sensitive scalps! 😂 Thank you! Very lovely atmosphere and incredibly friendly would highly advise!

Deborah(sp?) had to be told not to comb my hair too hard as she prioritised speed over comfort by default. She kept changing her mind about the price (eventually charged £38 more than advertised because she hadn't listed separate prices for different hair lengths in the app). She underestimated how long the hair would take a single hairdresser (not an issue for me as I know how long braids take but resulted in her having to cancel a later booking at the last minute). Towards the end she complained that my introversion made her uncomfortable (I mean, *really!*). The hair at least looked good when she was finished but she was reluctant to provide her professional opinion when asked and needed a lot of direction throughout.
Other staff in the salon seemed nicer to their customers but they all did men's hair and so I can't comment further.
Note: The cleanliness rating I've given has to do with a weird habit of Deborah's that I noticed whilst she did my hair. She has said that she won't do it in future as no-one had pointed it out to her before. The salon itself seemed moderately clean

This hairdressers in my personal opinion is one of the best places to get braids or dreads or a haircut in London. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting and everyone who works there is incredibly knowledgeable about hair in relation to Afro-Caribbean culture. I honestly can’t wait for my next hair appointment.
