First time getting my legs waxed so wanted some assurance off staff as I felt nervous (skin is quite sensitive). Member of staff didn’t even tell me when she was about to strip off the wax even though I asked her before to take her time with me as I explained my situation. Then seemed off when I told her I had my bikini wax done somewhere else earlier that day with a group of friends as I didn’t have it done by her.. don’t think I’d come back here again as I didn’t feel welcome at all.
