Hair was straightened while wet which is awful for hair no matter the circumstance. Hair wasn’t properly straightened so quite a few pieces were left out and are frizzy from the keratin not being locked in. The final result was not a professional looking one. It was rushed and, it looked like I’d done it at home. Rachel was lovely but the Brazilian is not good here sadly.

Hannah was lovely and very efficient. Gorgeous curly blow dry done in an hour on long hair. Would recommend and will visit again as the price is great too.

Booked blow dry on Treatwell however forgot to add pin curls so contacted salon by Facebook to be informed the girl was off so no appointments - I have prepaid for this appointment and no reference to refund being issued.
Been her before and good service but this was disappointing as I was going away!
