22 September 2023. Salon has closed down without letting customers know. I turned up to my booked appointment and no one was there, and the shop totally empty. Very frustrating.

The shop was closed! Nobody was there!! We paid money, have confirmations, but there was no one, called number, nobody answered, sent email , bouncy back! We need full refund please!
I don’t understand how booking can go through if the shop was closed?! Completely wasted money and our time!
