The eyelash & eyebrow tint barely worked - I unfortunately had to ask my lashes to be done twice, but saw very little difference. They also did the treatment in the main area of the salon, which was a bit unusual, as normally it's done in a separate beauty room. Everyone was really nice, but perhaps it's worth them changing the products they use as they did not work on me (and I've never had this issue before).

Clearly a busy day but even so... Appointment started 20mins late, staff barely spoke 2 words to me, treatment was very rushed and results are far from the best I have ever had.
