Overall happy. Happy with the result. But: Got charged an extra 8 pounds for "decoration" which I haven't have done, she just applied the polish on the tip instead of the whole nail. I've been left a bit by myself at the end without any finishing on my nails like cleaning annoying acrylic bits around the nail.

I had a mani/pedi + massage chair session. Everything went well, they even asked if I would like green tea or coffee. The staff were really nice and were not annoyed when I showed up early. The only thing that caught me by surprise was that I had to move to do my manicure, I just thought I would also have it while sitting in the massage chair. Before I left, they gave me a Christmas present, hand and body lotion and a loyalty card preloaded with 5 stamps. Nice! I’ll be back.
