I needed a deep, whole body massage as was playing in an annual sport event with some other middle-aged friends immediately afterwards. The previous year was agony after the event but this time I felt fabulous without any stiffness or discomfort. That was ALL down to Ada’s technique which was remarkable. Body felt 20 years younger!
