Charlotte's attention to detail & wellbeing led her to study Beauty and Holistic after the birth of her son, Very soon she became a Therapist in the five-star, award-winning Stanley House Spa in Blackburn, specialising in massages & luxury facials, alongside developing a real interest in Reiki.

After spending two years at the Spa & feeling she was ready to go further in her career, she decided to take her next step.

Charlotte then became Manager at Beauty Tonic in Didsbury - an opportunity which opened a new door for her. She quickly built her own client list & created a real bond with them. As a result of her hard work, she was promoted to Area Manager & went on to manage five salons.

Charlotte fully enjoyed managing & finally after building her confidence up, she decided to have her own salon. Charlotte bought Beauty Tonic 7b Nicolas Road in Chorlton in 2019 & made it her own.
