Duncan was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and made the experience very calm and straightforward. He gave me proper warning about some startling swelling that was likely to take place in the 36 hours after having the fillers done. And their discount for first visits made the whole experience of excellent value.

I had a free consultation with Emma. She's really lovely, she explained in detail about the microneedling treatment which I'm interested in, the aftercare etc. She took her time answering all my questions and gave me good information about combining microneedling with other treatments.
