I prepaid for a Hollywood/buttocks strip wax, but left only having had a Hollywood 3/4 complete. Both treatments were supposed to take 50 mins total, but after 55 mins the Hollywood was still not complete. I had to leave before the Hollywood was complete and have had to shave the remainder of the hair. The same area was waxed multiple times leaving me extremely sore and red. We tried using hot wax but this was too hot when applied and has left me burnt 3 days later. The same spatulas was used multiple times to dip into the wax, and both ends were used which isn’t hygienic. The staff were nice and understanding and refunded me the money for the buttock was. The salon itself is clean and nice, and seems like a great place for nails but I would not recommend it for waxing.

We ended up going for strip wax because the hot wax just wasnt coming off my skin and it was super painful.
I got this was (hollywood and legs) two weeks ago and my leg hair is growing back really weirdly, as though I had razored it. Clearly the hairs were just torn rather than pulled out. I think the quality of the waxes used might be the problem? I never had problems with hot waxes in 6 years and this was the most painful experience ever. The lady was nice though and the place looks good.
