Visited a few times but stopped right after this. I don’t at all mind employees chitchatting, but were yelling across the room the whole 1.5 hour, it was honestly very stressful. My nail tech Phung gave me the opposite of what I asked for. I wanted round, she did square, once she cut it, it was too late to rectify. I then asked for the square nails to be flatter at the top, she somehow understood it as “shorter”. Once everything went wrong, I just sat there in silence. Awful experience.
