Everyone was very nice and welcoming but the place doesn’t seem too clean and it felt like they had more appointments than staff.

Very lovely staff and great attention to details. The pedicure was very well done. However I would have like to see them cleaning the tools before using them. I'm always skeptical to catch problems from others people' foot by using the same tools... I might be a bit over-thinking in my approach but it would be good to get the tools cleaned with alcohol before use.
