I had few problems, first, they didn't wash the container where I insert my feet and there was a woman without wearing a face mask next to me(10cm separate). Second, they didn't have the card working and they told me to make a transfer as a single person, not a business(suspicious), third they spent 20 minutes rather than the 55 minutes promised session. I won't recommend this place, especially with Covid!

Waited for 10 minutes before having to ask (again) if my appointment was still going ahead. Room was cold (which for w Brazilian wax is less than ideal) and no chit chat or made to feel welcome

The pedicure was definitely not what I expected, no work on hard skin or heels etc, just a very basic cuticle work and nail cutting/filing.
The manicure was OK, but again, nothing outstanding.
