The pedicure was definitely not what I expected, no work on hard skin or heels etc, just a very basic cuticle work and nail cutting/filing.
The manicure was OK, but again, nothing outstanding.

The treatments were even confirmed when I arrived. When I got on the bed ready for the wax she put it straight over the middle section and pulled off the area you would keep in a Brazilian. So now I have aa unwanted Hollywood. It was incredibly painful and she used the short strips for eyebrows the whole way through. She used tweezers and kept plucking my skin. There was a dirty cotton pad on the floor of the room when I arrived. I still have hairs, not a good wax. 0/5
