My experience wasn't very good.I've booked luxury manucure. I asked to have a French manucure but the lady didn't tell me it was 5 £ more instead of she had to restart my french Manucure because the first time wasn't good,then more time. Second time was looking good, I've paid 5 £ moreand left but after 30 second outside my nails polish started being damaged, then I came back to show them. She did 3 times polish nail, I finally asked to have a plain colour but the polish nail is already damage.

Very bad experience, felt extremely unwelcome and like the lady just wanted to do the job as quick as possible. Not careful when filing my nails, removing the shellac and when I asked her to be more careful she only seemed annoyed and didn’t say anything. Got annoyed when I was choosing the color for my manicure. Will definitely not go back here.
