Had to wait quite a bit despite having an appointment. I hadn’t got my nails done before, so wasn’t aware that not everything is possible on natural nails. The communication was lacking at the beginning and made me feel uncomfortable. However the colleagues switched at some point and the result was good. Would consider going back
