I purchased a fresh set of acrylics with permanent white tips. Upon arrival i was told they can’t do permanent tips and no refunds. The staff on shift weren’t confident in drawing white tips and I’d have to pay an additional £15 as they’d have to use shellac. They used a pink gel under and normal coat of paint. The owner was friendly and apologised but once leaving, 2 nails fell off another 3 lifted in 6 days! Was told to come in the next Tuesday but was then refused over the phone No refund
