I come to this salon pretty often, it used to be the best one in the area. However, last time my experience wasn't great. Woman doing my nails seemed like she didn't really know what she was doing which resulted in the skin next to my nails being left bleeding, while final nail extensions are looking very much upwards (the tips).. it is also worth noting that I went to redo my nails after 2 days and found an infection developing under my fake nail.

Booked with Helen who does acrylics well, the was not there which is fair enough she may be off sick but the technician who did it was nowhere near the standard I get normally: never washed his hands after the previous client, the shape was unrefined, I felt a little impatience as well.
