One hour appointment to do simple removal and new gel took 3h, after I got home I noticed gel on 3 of my nails is coming off ( literally pilling off). My nails also have visible cuts from over buffing them with machine. Really disappointed as staff was lovely.

The team is very lovely, and you can tell that they care about ensuring your nails look great! And they did look great, unfortunately they started splitting the next day on one finger. I had been able to go back and they fixed it, unfortunately it continued on other nails, I’ve been here a few times and that never happened before but it was quite a shame
