They had a young inexperienced boy helping who had no idea what he was doing. If I’m paying for a deluxe service that’s what I expect. Also this was after they were already running over 45 min behind schedule so after all that wait they had him come and waste more of my time. Ultimately someone more experienced took over but this experience definitely does not work in their favour would think twice about going back here.

I love coming here for my acrylics and always great service, availability and attention to detail. Unfortunately have had to give 4 star instead of 5 from my most recent visit as sadly the nail polish has already started chipping when I got shellac only 4 days ago, the first chip appeared on Monday (the day after getting them done!). Rather disappointing :( is it possible to get them repainted free of charge please?
