I had a terrible experience, Helen did a terrible job with my french tip gel. She took almost 2 hours to do a simple french and left it messy and smudged. She got mad at me for asking her to fix it and in the end she said “Thank god”. I am paying for a service and I felt very uncomfortable when she was rushing a messy job. Worse nail job ever. Do not recommend.

I had my gel couture but not with Helen, it was with another member of staff. I gave this review as I felt rushed to pick a color which resulted in a very basic colour that I didn’t like at the end because I felt that I had to pick in one minute.
Every salon needs to treat their clients with kindness.
