Prices are cheap but service is terrible

First of all, there is no welcoming as you come to the salon. They ask you what you want and then make you sit down and they did not even check that I had a booking before making me sit. Manicure was rushed, I don’t know what was “deluxe” about it. I was cut and bled. He kept pushing his nail inside of my scar to try and stop the bleeding. No gloves used throughout the manicure. Music was loud and not relaxing at all, very poor choice of songs which many times mentioned swear words. No “thank you” or “bye” at the end of the service. Also the shellac polish on one of my nails chipped the day after getting the manicure done.•over 3 years ago
