The nail tech I had was quite rough with my hands and got polish all over them.She wasn’t very friendly and kept talking to the male workers in the shop.

I waited 30 mins for my treatment, the client in front of me waited 55. I booked a luxury manicure, this wasn’t a luxury manicure. No cuticle work, no cuticle oil or moisturiser, uneven nails, staff moving between clients w/out washing hands.
