Brazilian wax was excellent - would highly recommend. Underarms was a little awkward because of the location of the bed - rest was fine.

I am very pleased with my nails but the overall experience wasn’t great - my therapist changed midway through the appointment with no explanation, and the staff were chatting to each other throughout their appointments rather than interacting with the customers.
