My first time at the venue and it was super packed and incredibly chaotic. Communication wasn’t great due to language barrier and general chaos. They didn’t know about the service I was asking for (biab) and they kept giving me gel colours to choose from even though I wasn’t doing a gel service. They set up for a simultaneous mani pedi but didn’t do them so they ended up making me late for another appointment. It was a rush job at the end as well.

This was on of my worst nail experiences. I had booked to have my SNS taken off and a new color to put on. Instead of wrapping each individual nail to in acetone, my entire hand was put in. There were children running around the nail salon and my technician spent most of her attention on that. She rushed through the manicure and my nails were file properly that I left with sharp edges. I just got them done on monday and now it is Thursday and the SNS is already chipping.
